[ubuntu-za] Access to internet via Proxy and AD login

apt-cacher-ng should work great for this

/etc/apt-cacher-ng/acng.conf
add somthing this:
proxy: username:proxypassword at proxy.example.net:3128


The example in that file specifies it like follows but it is wrong
<http://amanica.blogspot.com/search/label/apt-cacher-ng> :
#proxy: http://username:proxypassword@proxy.example.net:3128
