[ubuntu-za] Failed updates

Thanks Adrianna, but that still leaves the uninitiated stranded. As far 
as I know, I update my LTS from the "normal distros" as I have always 
been doing, so what am I doing wrong?  Now I am getting "failed to 
download repository information."
