[ubuntu-za] Any advice - Dopbox on one of my PCs is not activating

@Lee, by 'access dropbox' I mean that when I click the icon, it does not 
open the dropbox folder with all my dropbox stuff.  Nothing happens - as 
if I had not clicked it.
