Ok... go to a terminal window (ctrl-alt-T)

The type
sudo apt-get update
Type your pasword at the promt

Wait a few minutes for the update to complete then type. The next line

sudo apt-get upgrade
You should be promted to intall untrusted aplications...type "y" and enter

It should update.

The graphical warning window should have an option button to continue.

ppa that had been avtivated al that this means is that Ubuntu did not find
the signiture or the file was not fully tested yet.
