[ubuntu-za] Backing up Thunderbird

Morning everyone ,

What folder should I backup if I want to backup everything of 
thunderbird ( mail folders , contacts , account settings ) ?
Am I correct in assuming that the ~/.Thunderbird folder contains 
everything ?
If I copy that folder back after a re-install will everything be there ? 
Or is there any other folders thunderbird use
for my data that I should backup as well ?
