Hi, Yes - saw the install guide

"Ubuntu -Download the file and open it to launch the Ubuntu software

So I did it.
there is no error messages.

    "Other systems

Download the "Pure Java" Greenfoot bundle. You will need to install a
suitable Java JDK separately. You may be able to run the .jar file by
double-clicking it in a file manager; if not, you should open a terminal
and enter the command:

*java -jar Greenfoot-generic-221.jar*

You might need to specify the fully path to the 'java' executable."

I will try to install this (other systems) and see if it helps

No - installed Java 7 JDK

Still nothing happens when I try to run Greenfoot(2_
