[ubuntu-za] Desktop settings issues in 13.04

Yes, I had wondered about any possible complications of moving my home
folders to another user account, and its probably what I'll have to do.
Is there anything in particular, other than the standard safe-guards and
precautions - backups & the like - that I should watch out for?
In terms of resetting the compiz settings - yes, they were reset while
logged into the GUI, using the instructions for 13.04 as listed here:
