Those questions aren't really relevant, because Ubuntu handles
architectures differently to Fedora.

Packages are built for all architectures, when they are uploaded. And we
release Ubuntu for all architectures at the same time. Unlike Fedora,
where unsupported architectures are released after the primary
architectures.
