[ubuntu-za] Release parties

I am in the process of moving house... so no release parties from my 
side...there are more users in Bloem though... If any are willing I will 
try to attend at least.

 From next year I will try and get some users in Upington to become more 
active... there should at least be some-one interested right? :P
