[ubuntu-za] Continual error message in top right screen

Any Thoughts welcome

I update Precise everytime there's new packages.
But it seems my system doesn't remember that it is updated and then says
the last time it was, was over a 14 days ago.
Then this red triangle appears with an exclamation mark in the top right
bar.

Keep on updating, it keeps on coming back.

What to do, any thoughts anyone?
