Hi,

Possibly, give the person copies of the ISOs onto the persons laptop/External HD, so that can be copied to whom ever else

If I may make a suggestion; take a copy of both the 32 & 64bit versions so if anyone else in PE needs a copy you will be able to help.  CD's are cheap :)
