[ubuntu-za] apt sources problem

I don't have any trouble editing it but I have trouble seeing any
duplicates! All I have found duplicated is

deb ftp://ftp.sun.ac.za/ubuntu precise main restricted universe multiverse

Could that be causing my trouble?

The error message refers to other files in /var/lib/apt/lists/ for example -

W: Duplicate sources.list entry ftp://ftp.sun.ac.za/ubuntu/
precise/main i386 Packages
(/var/lib/apt/lists/ftp.sun.ac.za_ubuntu_dists_precise_main_binary-i386_Packages)

Is this another possible source of errors?
