We're celebrating the release with a party, thus it's a release party!
It's how they used to be in CT, IIRC. More about meeting people with
similar interests and chatting. We wanted to have both styles: come
from a computer lab to a pub. But the ACM ICPC makes that not work so
well this time round. Also, not many people have actually stood up to
organise and the combined format takes more effort.
