That archive is corrupt, download it again; there is no FF4 Mozilla
PPA for Ubuntu Karmic and below [1].

Firefox 4 won't fix your flash issue. It does support HTML5, at
www.youtube.com/html5 you can opt in to use HTML5 to watch youtube
videos, it doesn't require flash. It works on the latest Chrome too.

If you _really_ need flash try reinstall it or try the alternatives [2]
