[ubuntu-za] Can't Install 10.04 on a clean Disk?

Hi Vincent. Had that prob with my sons pc as well. only way we could get
it to accept ubuntu was to first install windows the linux alongside,
but when moving drive to my pc it could take ubuntu 10.10 on its own.
Try booting from live cd and the do "sudo apt-get install grub-pc" and
try again. Maybe do "sudo apt-get install mbr" as well. Im a noob but
