[ubuntu-za] Wireless Inoperative on DELL Inspiron

I have tried all the advice on the Network to get 11.04 to interact with the
wireless network.  I installed 11.04 side by side with 10.04.  The latter
worked perfectly with downloaded Broadcom 43 drivers.  I am at my wits end
and almost at the point of abandoning 11.04 as a waste of time after about 2
weeks of battling.
