Thanks guys your input were very valuable, I've though about Drupal and 
Joomla actualy but think I would use that for publishing the webpages I 
create...
dreamweaver and kopete should be in the line of what I were looking for, 
we're planing on using MySql, as the database and would also like to use 
Java or JS, which is where things got complicated. :)
