What would you guys use to design a web page.
We need to get reports from a database, input comments etc.

I need something easy to learn. Till now Google did not help much, but 
we're still searching :)

  To fake what you don't know.
  Google what you can't fake.
  How (and when) to 'motivate' the computer to do what Google won't tell.
