Hey Johan.

Yes a dist-upgrade should install ALL marked packages.

An language packs of all things? To quote a phrase - What's the worst that
can go wrong with them?

Mine don't even show those packages as upgradeable, but that might just be
because you and I are using different repositories.

0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
