Contact someone that is close to you and they may be able to organise a CD.

Also I am in the process or getting regional contacts organised who
may be able to get a CD to you.

I don't know of people selling the CD. If they are they should really
only be charging for the actual CD and nothing more since the contents
of the CD is freely downloadable.
