Really?  You find the ribbon, that hides uncommonly used functions like 
printing, to be an improvement then?

Also, the original post was unique and innovative.  Excell was way 
behind Lotus for a long time.  And Mac had the first WYSIWYG word 
processor.  They did not win because they were the best...

I will, however, go as far as to say that Windows does some things 
better than Linux.  Centralized user management and roaming profiles are 
a big one.
