I wonder if anyone has noticed the same thing? I have been running
10.04 since it came out and have been very happy. I have kept up to
date and loaded every update that has come out.

Suddenly, Open Office has slowed down and slowed down and looked as if
it is joining the public service workers. If I click on a .odf file,
it takes about 5 seconds for office to come to the party. The same
sort of delay happens when I try to load a document from the "Recently
used" tag.  Nothing happens for long enough for me to start clicking
and clicking.

Once it is up and going, it goes fine. But why is it thinking so long?
This seems to be something that has started about a week ago.

Nothing else seems to be a problem.
