Hi Helge,
Video the fact that you have not used the Windows 7, that has been installed by the vendor or whoever else
Also video the lic part where it says that you can get a refund
this will be your "proof" that you did not use Windows 7, and that you should get a refund

In the end I decided to go for an ACER laptop with Windows 7. I'm gonna
try to get the OS costs refunded, even if it is just to see how far I
can take it. I'll report back on how it goes.
