Not sure what it means, but it might be part of the problem.

I may also be important to note that I have to "internet" interfaces
setup:
eth0 - to ADSL router (weight = 15)
eth1 - to 3G router (weight = 1)

I've set up WAN failover between the two with eth0 as the default
interface.  When I ping the domain name I can see that I'm getting a
response form the Telkom ADSL side (as expected).  The VPN also tries to
connect on the same IP address, so it should work.
