[ubuntu-za] Global Jam Cape Town Poster suggestion

I'd put more emphasis that people can come learn *how* to help out
with Ubuntu, even if they have no experience beyond using Ubuntu. I'd
guess the experienced bunch who care about it being
install/test/translate/fix would read about this elsewhere such as
this list.
