[ubuntu-za] Global Jam Cape Town Poster suggestion

I whipped up a poster. Comments welcome. It still needs little white
icon pics in the small bubbles, but you can get the general idea.

I tried my hand at incorporating the new branding and doing the orange
and little dots for community references and a cleaner look, as
discussed in various blogs about the branding.
