This is also due to the request of Andrew Alston who maintains the
za.archive.ubuntu.com mirror which various other local mirrors use as
a local source.

I haven't heard that the mirroring is complete and tested, so "your
mileage may vary" at this time, but go ahead and bang on it and yell
if something fails.

I'll let the list know when Web Africa confirm that it's ready on their side.
