[ubuntu-za] Ubuntu CD images in Web Africa FreeZone

This is really orsm. One of the main problems with Ubuntu uptake in South
Africa is the lack of sufficient bandwidth to download the images.
For those of you who don't have a WADSL account, its pretty trivial to set
up a Pay as You Go ADSL account that doesn't have an expiration on the
bandwidth. So its only a once off payment of R70.
