[ubuntu-za] Upgrade to new Ubuntu OS every 6 months?

Sorry i dont mean to hijack a thread or go off topic, I  was just wondering
with regard to what Hannes said, how to create an install.sh file and
upgrade this way? (I have s separate /home)
