I created two entries on loco.ubuntu.com for release parties they are:

Pretoria release party[1]
Free State release party [2]

People in the Free State, I guessed some starting and ending times for
you. If these aren't what you had in mind, please update update the
event.

I couldn't get detail for Durban or East London parties from the
mailing list archives.

Anyone who is a member of ubuntu-za team on launchpad should be able
to create new loco events.
