What you're looking for is the python-gtk2-doc package. It installs the
PyGTK docs in /usr/share/gtk-doc/html/pygtk/. Personally, however, I
prefer the on-line version at
http://library.gnome.org/devel/pygtk/stable/index.html.
For PyGObject docs you can install python-gobject-dev or use the on-line
docs at http://library.gnome.org/devel/pygobject/stable/.
If you have any questions the guys in #pygtk on irc.gnome.org are quite
helpful... when they answer. :P Also consider joining the PyGTK mailing
list: http://www.daa.com.au/mailman/listinfo/pygtk
