Instead of reporting bugs on launchpad.net using your browser, the new
procedure is to use the "Report a problem" menu item in Ubuntu (GUI)
apps, or the ubuntu-bug command line. This provides additional details
from your system with the bug report, so that developers can get a
better idea of the problem.
