[ubuntu-za] Close, minimize, expand buttons gone

Hi Bruno.
It sounds like your display manager (metacity) konked out. this happens when
Compiz or some other compositor tries something that Metacity doesn't like.

open a terminal (applications -> accessories -> terminal) and enter

metacity --replace

This worked for me on Intrepid, I'm guessing it will still work in Karmic. I
cant test it now, at work, but give that a go.
