I guess this is probably going to lead to a posting on Indlovu and leads
on from my earlier quesioning about versioning, and how we can escape
the insane Canonical versioning system, whilst still adhearing to Ubuntu.

The Dymaxion, is a word I use to refer to the final form of a
technology. It was coined by an associate of Bucky Fuller who saw it as
an encapsulation of his ideas.

In which case, the idea is that for most instances, nothing can be done
to improve the basic form of a solid, eg: a Geodesic Dome.

For example, an Icosohedron is a basic structure. Once technology
reaches its dymaxion or ultimate truth, no advancement can occur unless
there is a paradigmatic shift to a new level of organisation or
consciousness. I'm not about to get religious hear, its just easy to
forget that most progress happens relatively early on in any project and
over time reaches stasis, unless a new form of radical organisation is
proposed.

Hence the Dymaxion Thread.

Hope you all have a great Sunday filled with Ubuntu
