[ubuntu-za] upgrade or not

I agree... IMHO the update/upgrade process is straightforward and  
relatively painless... yes, exotic hardware requires some tweaking, but  
 from Feisty to Intrepid, I have had no huge problems compared to, say, a  
bad virus attack on an XP system.
