[ubuntu-za] upgrade or not

Though there have been point releases to 8.04, the feeling I got was that
many people thought it was rushed (and included a bunch of beta releases).
I'll be moving up to 8.10.
Also, bear in mind that the 6-month release still gives you 18 months
support. See http://www.ubuntu.com/products/ubuntu/release-cycle for more.
