[ubuntu-za] Another package question

Hi Guys

I have this strange little issue on 8.04. I have flightgear installed on
one laptop, and copied the package to my other. When i go through the
software installer it begins to download it. When I try and install the
package directly, it tells me there is and identical copy available for
download and begins to download it. I find it a bit odd to prefer
download when the same package is available in local apt cache. Any
ideas?
