Hi André

I'm located in Centurion and if you would like the help I'd be happy to
assist you. I could bring my laptop along, see if it can detect your
network, eliminate a few hypothesis etc.

My best assumption, given that you can see your neighbour's network, is
that your router currently has an incompatible security setting
configured (however you did try turning off all security settings if I
read correctly). If you would like my help just mail me and we can
arrange something.
