[ubuntu-za] Video (TV) capture card

Well, I know nothing about video cards, but the lspci output is a bit odd.

00:0a.0 ... is that correct? Might be worth some research.

Also, the last line from dmesg is "registered as card -2". As a programmer,
that would indicate an error to me...
