[ubuntu-za] Updates

I asked this exact same question on the ubuntu forums the other day!

Backup the entire contents of directory /var/cache/apt/archives EXCEPT for
file"lock". (I just copied them, but you could be more sophisticated and use
tar).

Place all these files on the corresponding directory on your target machine.

Run sudo dpkg -i *.deb in that directory.
