Not that I'm volunteering for the job, but what about an "ubuntu-server-sme" 
metapackage of sorts that would install a mail/web/calendaring/etc server. 
Then, with that, Linux businesses could punt their SME server, and SME's 
with "the IT guy" could quickly and easily set up a server for their 
environment.

This could form the start of a marketing and educational process for SME's and 
other small business...

Just a thought.
