Was just speaking to a friend on the phone, he says that we can use the osrn.org.za domain for this.

osrn stands for Open Source Resourse Network.

A few sugestions were :

resources.osrn.org.za
marketplace.osrn.org.za

from the eLearning Africa conference in Nairobi and one thing that
