[ubuntu-za] List server slow at times

Just thought I'd mention that on another Ubuntu list it was mentioned
that lists.ubuntu.com, the server that powers this list, has been under
heavy load lately, with very high traffic on the ubuntu-users and
ubuntu-bugs lists.

This has lead to delays in updating the archive of all lists including
this one, and occasional delays in delivering mail to the list.
