ok i found the correct vert & horiz sync rates for a benq fp731

horiz = 31-81
vert  =  60-75

then to fix my resolution i added "1280x1024" infront of the other sizes &
rebooted & it worked

now im happy :) all except when i try run the quake4demo the monitor sais
that it is out of range

does anyone know how i can get quake4demo running?
