[ubuntu-za] Numlock/Shermans_aquarium

Found Shermans_aquarium on the internet and downloaded the file.
I followed the installation instructions and it ran "configure" but
finished with the line "configure: error: no acceptable C compiler found
in $PATH". See the screenshot attachment herewith.
Please assist.
