[ubuntu-x] list of video drivers that are candidates for removal

Thanks for compiling this list. I definitely agree with dropping all of
them (including neomagic and s3) from video-all and unsubscribing
ubuntu-x-swat from them.
I don't see harm in leaving them in the archive unmaintained if upstream
and debian are still keeping them buildable against the xserver and
stuff. Although, if they are just cruft at this point, there may not be
much value in having them in the archive in any case.
