[ubuntu-x] updated ati and new intel release

Hi,
I uploaded a new -ati git snapshot to the x-updates PPA. The git tree
has been very quiet the last weeks, so this can be considered quite
stable code. It should provide many fixes especially for R6xx/R7xx
cards and for KMS on the other cards.

The new -intel 2.9.0 was released today, even in Debian, so I made a
new merge and uploaded it to the same PPA.

I would consider these (and mesa 7.6.0) as candidates for Karmic, and
packaged them carefully, but I am not a Release Manager :)
