Hi Bryce,

dkms.conf is generated by dkms.conf.in which in turn relies upon the version 
that we set in debian/upstream_info which is correct:

RELEASE=185.18.36

I know that the packaging could be a lot simpler than it currently is. I wish 
I had the time to work on it ;)
