DOH, yes.. indeed. The version number confused me:
libgl1-mesa-dri 7.3.0+git20090320+mesa-7-4-branch.b009a32b-0ubuntu0tormod
I was looking at the git log for
b009a32bf428192fef2dc4787d25f022a472854f, and the patches applied in
debian/patches, I didn't stop to think that there might have been
changes merged in with the sources other than that.

Is mesa 7.4 destined for Jaunty? It looks and feels quite good with this
patch in.
