[ubuntu-x] Will UXA be the default for Jaunty without fiddling around with xorg.conf?

Please test if reverting back to 2.4.x undoes the performance regression
you are seeing.

Upstream needs to give us something which does not have stability issues
nor performance regressions, across the range of hardware chipsets we
care about.
